Overhaul
BASIC fork overhaul
Complete disassembly, cleaning, tolerance check and oil seal replacement.
- Oil seals: NOK high-slip
- Fluid: dedicated high viscosity-index oil
- Note: dust seal and bush replacement not included (added if worn)
- Starting price for standard maintenance
OVERHAUL
Rear shock overhaul
Complete shock disassembly with tolerance check, nitrogen recharge and vacuum fluid bleed.
- Seals: oil seal replacement (bump stops, bushes, piston bands etc. added if worn)
- Fluid: high-performance oil, vacuum-filled
- Recharge: high-purity nitrogen
- Extra: we rebuild damaged shafts and offer a bike lowering service
Diagnostics
Dyno test
Dynamic and telemetric analysis of the suspension before and after the work, to certify the damping curves.
- Equipment: electronically controlled suspension dyno
- Delivered: printed graph and test report
- Check: constant monitoring of the hydraulic clicks
